How is our food shipped?
Once you place your order, our delivery executive will give you a call within approximately 12-24 hours to coordinate the delivery. Your order will then be delivered right to your doorstep, keeping the process simple and hassle-free.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on weather and other unforeseen conditions.
How should I store the packs?
Store continuously at -18°C or below. Use a deep freezer or walk-in freezer with a temperature logger. Do not allow the product to thaw during storage, and keep the packs in their original sealed packaging.
How do I heat a meal?
Heat the meal according to the cooking instructions provided on the pack. No complicated cooking required — just heat, serve and enjoy.
What is the shelf life?
Our products have a shelf life of 3 months (90 days) when stored correctly at -18°C or below.
What goes into the recipes?
We use fresh, naturally sourced, high-quality ingredients in our recipes. Wherever possible, we use organically grown vegetables and Himalayan rock salt. Because good food starts with good ingredients.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across Kolkata. Delivery is available across our serviceable Kolkata PIN codes.
Do you take business orders?
Yes, we do! We accept business and bulk orders, but please place your order at least 7 days in advance so we can prepare everything properly.
